Become a Recipient Organization
Your
school or organization must be based in the Washington, DC area. Books
for America continually reviews organizations which request to become
recipients of books and other donated items. The process may involve a
formal application, submittal of organizational documents, and a site
visit by Books for America personnel. Your organization does not
necessarily need to be a registered 501(c)(3) organization.

making donations, Books for America does not discriminate on the basis
